Employer brief privacy
HYSTON Pty Ltd, Melbourne, Australia receives your company name, contact name, email and work requirements to assess potential talent fit and contact you.
Private by default
Your brief and contact details are held in HYSTON’s private database. Initial rules compare work requirements against self-reported candidate profiles. These scores are internal suggestions, not verified capability or automatic hiring decisions. Candidate details are not shared with your company without the candidate’s specific permission.
Cloudflare provides the website, database and file storage services; processing may occur outside Australia.
Retention and control
A brief has a 90-day active period and expired records are removed during subsequent clean-up. To access, correct or withdraw your brief, email admin@hyston.life from the registered email address and include the reference. Further collaboration is subject to separately agreed terms.
Scope
This form is for initial business requirements only. Do not include sensitive customer information, access credentials or third-party personal data. A short-lived daily network-source digest is used to limit repeated submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored in brief records.
